About Us
Your mission
We are looking for someone we can “drop into” critical, unstructured projects—and who can independently bring them on track. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to the COO (ex top-tier consulting) and be directly involved in key decisions.
Your goal: Quickly understand problems, structure them clearly, solve them based on data—and actually implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of key projects with high visibility and direct impact on company success
- Rapid structuring of complex and ambiguous problems
- Development of solution approaches and implementation plans
- Creation of analyses, business cases, and decision-making materials, presented in clear management presentations
- Deep work with data (modeling, scenario analyses)
- Hands-on implementation of measures when needed
- Close collaboration with the COO Office, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a demanding environment (e.g., management consulting, venture, private equity, or scale-up)
- Ability to independently structure and solve complex problems
- Very strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
- Excellent Excel skills (including modeling and scenario analysis)
- Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Experience with data visualization (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
- High level of ownership, pragmatism, and execution capability
- Very good German and English skills
