About Us

STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionising the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop, and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost-effective — providing operators with a decisive edge in contested environments.

We are focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems — not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe, today.

Your mission

We are looking for a highly resilient, pragmatic, and execution-driven Integration Manager. This technical integration specialist will step directly into a fast-paced, complex environment to bring structure into chaos, bridging the gap between multiple engineering disciplines, hardware teams, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the technical integration of complex systems across hardware, software, payload, and embedded teams, ensuring all moving parts align seamlessly.

  • Actively map, track, and resolve technical dependencies and critical interfaces across multiple engineering teams to prevent bottlenecks.

  • Translate complex technical requirements between different engineering silos and business stakeholders, bringing process and structure to the development lifecycle.

  • Hands-on management of complex technical projects from conception to execution, utilizing V-model development processes where applicable without sacrificing speed.

  • Act as a strategic and operational counterpart ensuring alignment within organizational structure and driving rapid execution on the ground.

Qualifications

  • A strong background in Engineering, Technical Project/Program Management, or a related deep-tech field. You must be able to speak the language of hardware and software engineers natively.

  • Proven track record working within highly complex technical programs—ideally in defense, aviation, embedded systems, hardware, or payload integration.

  • Demonstrated ability to introduce structure, best practices, and agile/V-model processes into chaotic, fast-moving environments.

  • Full professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

  • Extremely hands-on and execution-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Experience navigating rapid-growth environments or deep-tech startups where roles evolve quickly.

  • Advanced knowledge of specific verification and validation (V&V) frameworks in regulated or safety-critical industries.
